While visiting Bellport, NY, a quaint town along Long Island, we passed along this street that stopped me dead in my tracks. Beautiful trees lined the street showing off their summer greens. I knew immediately this was an iconic photo spot. Addy, with her beautiful spirit, posed for me in her fun summer dress that matched the surrounding greens so well. We had a blast! We decided to finish the session out at Mother’s Beach where we were experiencing an unusually foggy evening.
As you all know, I am from Arizona where the sun shines like 360 days/year. So this was a really cool challenge to photograph in a low-lighting setting with very different landscape colors than what we see in Arizona. Arizona features a lot of natural reflectors because well, the desert is mostly floored with tans, and light browns… so I was up for the challenge, and Addy was the perfect subject!
