Desert Maternity Photos at the Lost Dutchman in Arizona

Back again at one of my favorite locations! This beautiful family met me out at the Lost Dutchman State Park to feature the iconic Superstition Mountains in their maternity photos. This is a morning location for my clients being that the mountains are to the southeast. This gives us the ability to backlight both the mountains and the subjects giving off the dreamiest lighting. On a traditionally bright Arizona morning, I met the DeCristofraco family as they are preparing to meet baby girl #2! It's so funny to me how it can be so bright so early during the summer months... I'm also a sucker for summertime and the long days it brings -- so no complaints over here!

Brittany and I met at a previous family session where I shot her extended family and I was so excited for the opportunity to photograph her and her sweet family as they anticipate the newest addition. Brittany is styled in an ANP Client Closet dress and she totally rocks the soft neutrals. I just love family maternity sessions because you can feel the excitement, anticipation, and love as the family continues to grow. What a gift every child is to a family - I am so grateful to help these families capture the sweet memories in this season.
